$1 was deducted from my account, and the transaction was declined when I tried to pay. The dollar was not returned to my account. $3 was deducted from my account, and I did not subscribe.

Hi,
The $1 will be refunded within the week. It was initiated by Stripe to verify your card.
Please remember prepaid cards are not supported on Railway.
