Hi everyone,

I'm currently facing an issue when trying to access my Postgres DB through the Railway UI.

Current Service Status:

• Deployment Online

• Required Variables (all necessary environment variables are properly configured)

• Database Connection – We are unable to connect to the database via SSH

• Error shown: Session error

Details:

• The service is active and successfully deployed.

• Environment variables appear to be correctly set.

• The issue happens specifically when attempting to connect via SSH through the Postgres DB UI.

• I’m still validating whether the application itself can connect normally (can provide updates if needed).

Questions:

• Could this be related to a recent SSH instability on Railway?

• Is there any additional configuration required for SSH access to Postgres?

• Could this be plan-related or due to recent infrastructure changes?

If anyone has experienced this or has insights, I’d really appreciate the help
