Project access is broken - can't even submit a ticket

I am in my company's workspace and project, as a member of each, but when I go to https://railway.com/dashboard I don't see any projects (see screenshot)

Also, my deployments triggered from Github require approval from somebody else while others on my team don't require approval

I can go directly to the project and see the environments <https://railway.com/project/ id>

The largest issue here is not being able to deploy w/o approval from somebody else

I can't even submit a ticket private ticket because nothing populates in the "Service" field (see screenshot) and I get a validation error: "Please select a project or N/A"

We figured it out. Solution: move to AWS
