What do you guys think about that.

Railway has repeatedly refused to provide an export of retained project data, even after being directly challenged under Articles 23, 25, 37 and 38 of the EU Data Act.

They have confirmed that the data still exists and is being preserved, yet they have still refused to provide an export, refused to explain the legal basis for that position, refused to identify their EU legal representative, and failed to meaningfully escalate the matter to legal or compliance.

What makes it worse is that once the questions became specific and legal, the human responses stopped and the conversation effectively turned into repetitive bot replies.

That is not a serious way to handle a formal data portability request. If Railway believes its position is lawful, it should be able to explain exactly why.
