reaching service limit

Continuously being his by the 25 service limit on a pro plan. even though this was previously lifted for me. causing real delays in progressing development.

Second this, same situation. I can spam service creation in AWS endlessly during dev, but here is some wierd limit. Why cant we pay for service creation if its such a problem.
