Hello Railway Support,

Our Railway trial has expired and all deployments are paused. However, the PostgreSQL service and its persistent volume still appear to exist in our project.

The PostgreSQL database contains our production business data, and we need to recover it safely.

We are currently unable to upgrade immediately. Could you please advise whether Railway can provide a one-time export or temporary read-only access so we can run a pg_dump and migrate the data to another PostgreSQL provider?

We only need to export the existing data. We do not need to redeploy or resume the application service.
