Hi,

I want to deploy my Python web app in Railway Cloud.

This web app will use Flask to listen for webhook from Stripe.

The questions I have is: Will the Railway Cloud server (Hobby $5 tier) sleeps if there are very few transactions to my web app?

This is because I am worried that my web app cannot receive the webhook from Stripe.
