Setting up an automated flow between CRM and lead alerts via microsoft email

So I built an app that I'm deploying through railway and it's live, and I use my azure for APIs. The problem I'm currently having is that I can't link my CRM to my noreply@ email so I can get notifications whenever I get a new lead instead of going directly into the app's CRM for it. I got a suggestion to use SMTH Auth but it's blocked on the Microsoft I use I think. Has anyone had this issue before?
