This is sneaky billing and very confusing where do you cancel?

"Trial auto-charged $41 on Jan 26. No cancel button, delete account blocked by unpaid invoice. Won't pay or add card. Please void the invoice, cancel plan, and delete my account."

If you cant cancel I will dispute the unauthorized charges with my credit card company.
