Trail maxed out message in my account

I am getting trial maxed out message all of a sudden in my account. is the outage responsible for this. I have not done anything in my account yet except for 4-5 deployments and my account is only 4-5 days old with a hobby subscription.

I got the same and I upgraded to Hobby plan, it works for now. Do you still get it. My trial was 1 day old, I was wondering what they will do with my trial if the message was an error or incident from their side.
