Hi Railway Support,
I recently started a new project on my account and my trial credits were depleted within just 3 days
I also noticed that Railway had an active incident during this time: "Builds are slow to progress" — which likely caused builds to hang and consume credits without any actual deployments succeeding.
I believe my credits were unfairly consumed due to this incident on your side, not due to my actual usage. I would kindly ask you to restore my remaining ~26 days / $X of trial credits, or at least compensate for the credits lost during the incident period.
Thank you for your time and support!

Hello, this also happened to me. I still have ~18 days or ~$2.80 of credits left on my free trial account. But after the incident earlier, my trial was suddenly maxed up. Also, my credit actually cameback around 2 hours ago. But it suddenly gets maxed out once again just right now. I hope that my credit can still be restored. Thank you!

Same case here I’ve potentially lost sales because of this error, they should give us a compensation

I've just created my Railway account (literally 1 hour ago), tried to deploy my first project and got my trial maxed out, wtf is going on 😂

Same here! I even paid $1 to activate my project, but it's still not active, and I was right in the middle of working on it. I hope you solve this immediately, otherwise I'll switch to another provider.

I also have the same issue. Just created account 5 days and had over 4.5$, now all maxed out. What is happening?

My 5$ credits got deducted in less than 24 hours, I didn't even deploy the service/app. Was just configuring

Same here it seems that there is an issue with their system. I believe that they should reply to these messages

Same here. Site's down and it's causing issues. I instinctively just thought my days/credit ran out so I almost upgraded. Good thing I checked here first.
