Hi,
My trial has expired (banner shows “Trial expired”), but my Usage page still shows:
• Plan section: “Trial Plan” with the one-time $5 grant description
• Credits Available: $4.49
• Billing period: Mar 31 to Jun 01 (longer than a normal monthly cycle)
I have not received the $1/month Free plan credit. My GitHub account is verified.
Could you confirm:
1. Why the Trial Plan card is still shown after expiration?
2. When my account will transition to the Free plan with $1/month credits?
3. Will the remaining $4.49 trial balance be forfeited or carried over?
Thanks.

I've got the same problem right now. Tried fixing my bot for more then an hour straight since it wouldn't update and then it turns out my trial ended 29 days early somehow.

I'm also having the same issue. Must be an issue on their side.
I'm enjoying Railway, so may just upgrade anyway...

To upgrade to the free plan you need to go to https://railway.com/workspace/plans and scroll down until you see the option to upgrade to the free plan (if your services are stopped, you will need to redeploy them).
Your remaining trial credits will be carried over to your next plan.

I downgraded tot he free plan and my remaining $4 free credits went. I can only see $1. Are you saying if I upgrade to hobby, I will get my free credits back?
