Unable to transfer project

I need to transfer project magnificent-motivation (ID: 3bfae7d7-31e9-4adc-add1-8b5b484b0ad2) to another user's account (lonymb15@gmail.com). The Transfer Project dropdown in Settings is empty despite the user being invited and accepting membership. Please transfer this project manually.

How does that transfer work? i am having issue: Popup waiting for me to chose some workspace, and there is no selection section ro dropdown. just unfunctioning popup
