Why this service show the url and not the others

Hello,
In my dashboard, I have three identical projects. I’ve compared their settings, and they are the same (aside from domain name, instance name, etc.).
However, I don’t understand why two of them display “1 service,” while the third shows the public URL. All three projects have a public URL.
It might be just a display bug maybe.

Well, Two days later, it is not the case anymore. I don't know why and what was the difference. Too bad, it was pretty useful to be able to click on the url to open it in a new browser tab.
