My workspace was recently restricted with the message "Your workspace has been restricted. You cannot create new resources."

I currently have a valid credit balance remaining on my plan, and I am trying to deploy a legitimate email verification API service (reachly). Could a moderator or support agent please review my account status and lift the restriction?
