Hi Railway team,
Sorry to bother you, and thank you in advance for your help. I woke up to find my workspace "schvlzz's Projects" (project scent-marketplace) has been restricted, and as a result my production database and app are now offline. I'm not sure what triggered it, so I'd really appreciate your guidance.
It's a small perfume-catalog side project — a normal web app with a Postgres database and a few backend services. I'm very happy to adjust anything on my side that might have caused concern, and to upgrade my plan if that helps keep things running smoothly.
Two requests, in order of preference:
Could you please help restore access / lift the restriction so I can bring my services back online? If something in my usage caused this, just let me know and I'll fix it right away.
If that's not immediately possible, could you please help me export my Postgres database (volume postgres-volume, ~481 MB)? Having a dump would let me safeguard my data while we work this out.
I really rely on this project and would be grateful for any help you can offer. Thank you so much for your time.
Best regards,
Bohdan

Quick update: I've just upgraded to the Pro plan - I'm a paying customer and fully committed to running this project properly within your acceptable use policy. My production database and app are still offline due to the restriction. Could someone from the trust & safety team please review and restore access when you have a chance? Happy to adjust anything on my side. Thank you.

Hi, thank you for explaining the "Banned images" flag - I take this seriously and want to resolve it properly so the restriction can be lifted.
I run a legitimate perfume marketplace. The images on the platform are product/bottle photos plus some user-uploaded content (seller storefront images, profile pictures, blog images). If a user uploaded something that violated your policy, I want it removed immediately - it does not reflect my catalog or my intent.
To fix this and restore the workspace, could you please:
Tell me which image(s) triggered the flag (URL or hash) so I can remove them right away and confirm the rest of my content is clean; and
Review the workspace for reinstatement once the offending content is removed.
I'm also implementing automated image moderation on all uploads (AWS Rekognition) so prohibited content can't be submitted going forward. I'm fully committed to keeping the platform compliant, and I'd be grateful for the chance to correct this and have the restriction removed.
I understand you have to be careful with these reviews - I just want to cooperate fully and get my legitimate business back online. Thank you.
Best regards,
Bohdan
