I tried reproducing and couldn't get it to throw that error, when does it error for you? Have you tried deploying this template again and deleting the previous one?

done everything its not working even with a fresh template

I see that the conf.yml
is not been added
check this link they say If you're using Docker, this file can be passed in as a volume. Changes can either be made directly to this file, or done through the UI.
but i don't see any option to pass the file as volume
