I would like to suggest that the Hollo project does not require S3 (make it optional) to get up and running fairly quickly. That way they have a live site to start

Note: I ran into this issue at first not knowing exactly what the issue was

Or even better, include MinIO in the template pre setup.

Hollo no more depends on Meilisearch!
