Having issues connecting after deploy. Is there a README.md I can read?

I've connected to Neo4j Aura before and a localhost, so I'm familiar with the process. I just don't haven't done it thru a Railway proxy and I need guidance.

I have it working by just connecting to port 7687. For your example, you could probably connect via "neo4j://caboose.proxy.rlwy.net:7687".
