Hello Railway Team,

I really love using Railway; it has been a fantastic platform for deploying and managing my server environments. I am currently on the Hobby plan, and my actual resource consumption averages around $7 per month.

I have hit a roadblock where I strictly need a "Static IP" for my project. My specific use case involves integrating with external third-party APIs and services (such as financial or exchange platforms) that require strict IP whitelisting for security purposes.

Currently, to get a Static IP, I am required to upgrade to the Pro plan which starts at $20/month. While I understand the tier structuring, paying an extra $13+ monthly just to unlock a single feature—when my actual resource usage is nowhere near the Pro tier limits—doesn't make financial sense for my current project stage.

Suggestion:

It would be amazing if Railway could introduce an "Add-on" or "Pay-as-you-go" pricing model for individual features. For instance, allowing Hobby plan users to buy a Static IP as an isolated feature for an additional $1 or $2 per month without forcing a full tier upgrade.

This flexibility would be a huge win for independent developers who need specific network configurations or enterprise-grade security features but still have low computing resource requirements.
