I need to upload a file into a Railway service.

Your only option to do this is via the CLI.

I have spent 2 hours, with the help of AI as well, and am unable to get this to work.

I'm sure it'll all be figured out eventually, but this is the worst experience I've ever had with Railway. Almost bad enough to make me question using it again.

Seriously - a friggin file uploader UI! This is a feature you can develop in 5 minutes with an AI agent. I do it all the time - with authentication!

If anyone on your Product team says "the CLI is good enough", then fire that Product person. If I wanted a CLI-run Service, then I wouldn't use Railway. I use it for it's ease-of-use. Anytime you send me to your CLI, that means you failed.
