Railway can seemingly take 24 hours to retrieve changes made to a custom domain record stored outside of Railway, even after the update is showing within the external DNS. It would be fantastic if there was a way to manually trigger checking the external domain for updates from the "Configure DNS Records" screen where you can view the CNAME and TXT records that are in the stuck "VALIDATING_OWNERSHIP" status.
