I recently had a build fail on Railway. There was an alert icon on the Github repo card in the architecture section, but when I clicked on the card, nothing appeared to be wrong. Only after clicking on the history dropdown did I see that the most recently changes failed to build.

Maybe I missed something there, but if not, I think it'd be nice to have an alert icon next to the deployment History dropdown to signal that a build failed.
