Add an option to require 2FA or extra step to delete instances

There should be an option to "lock" an instance from being deleted behind an extra layer of security before deletion. I feel like it's too easy to delete an instance and make everything go poof.

"Instance Lock" type of thing.

Although the UI makes absolutely no mention of having to enter your 2FA code to do destructive actions, that is how it works if you enable it -
