Hey Railway team!

We deploy via GitHub Actions using railway up through the CLI. When we update environment variables on a service, Railway redeploys using the latest code from the linked repo rather than reusing the code from the most recent deployment.

Is there a way to trigger a redeploy with the updated env vars without pulling new code?
