To CRUD service groups via the GraphQL API would significantly enhance the usability in cases where deployments and services are created via this API.

Right now, we have zero control over organizing services that are dynamically created through the GraphQL API, which results in terrible developer experience when debugging these services. Having the ability to organize these via the public API would alleviate this.

Given service group management is already available via the internal GraphQL API, I believe this would be a quick turnaround.
