Add Status Pages

Add Status Pages like status..railway.app as a toggle for a project or an account setting to enable a single status page for specifc projects which are selected.

Cool idea, but very unlikely for us to be in the status page business. We would recommend using our friends at https://instatus.com/
Maybe an integration would work?
