I would like to suggest adding a prepaid account balance/wallet to Railway billing.

The idea would be:

A user can purchase Railway credits in advance, for example $10, $20, $50, $100, etc.

The credits are stored in the user's Railway account.

At the end of the billing period, Railway automatically uses the available credit balance to pay the invoice first.

If the credit balance is not enough, Railway charges only the remaining amount to the user's saved card.

Users could optionally enable automatic wallet top-ups when their balance falls below a chosen amount.

Example:

Monthly Railway bill: $18.50

Available account credit: $15.00

Railway deducts the $15 credit first and charges only $3.50 to the saved card.

This would be especially useful for international customers who want better control over cloud spending, have cards with international payment restrictions, or prefer paying for several months of hosting in advance.

It could work similarly to prepaid cloud credits while still keeping the card as a backup payment method.
