I hope Railway can Auto-build when I push, but run manually when I decide, just like your cronjob without scheduling.

Oftentimes when I push to GitHub I do not want to execute the program, and also oftentimes I want to be able to run once manually without cronjob. similarly I hope I can stop without removing deployment. I also hope changing environment variables would not require another build or deployment , which is not necessary
