Current notification settings is very verbose, and it requires creating a LOT of rules just to filter out one service.

One current example I am dealing with is I want notifications for almost all of the projects on my workspace.

However one team is deploying a couple of new projects and build is failing a ton in the process and it is SPAMMING my email.

I don't want or need these notifications, but in order to disable them i have to disable my global settings and then make a ton of very granular rules for notifications.

Basically I either need an "exclude" or allow me to multi select because dang right now you can only pick one project at a time:

So imagine my situation where I have several projects but want notifications on all of them except 2 or 3. I have to create N-(2 or 3) notification overrides. Very painful.

Please vibecode this up this should be like a 1-2 prompt feature my email inbox is begging.
