[BUG] Service deleted but still appear in usage & services count.

Steps to reproduce:
1 - Create a Postgres database service
2 - Delete the volume containing the service (Do not delete the service)
3 - The service still appears on the "Project Usage" page and the services count on the "Dashboard" page.

Sorry, my bad! After deleting the volume I deleted the service.
