Currently the "Build failed for .." subject lines only include the project name.

Build failed for org

It would be really helpful for me to have the environment, and even service in the subject.

Build failed for service on environment in org

Without it all messages are collapsed, severity and prioritization is harder to determine from a glance.

"Deployment crashed" emails includes the service in the subject, but is missing the environment also.

Deployment crashed for service in org!

Examples of different subjects and how I would respond to their priority:

• "Build failed for app on staging in org"

• "Build failed for service on app-pr-123 in org!"

• "Build failed for app on production in org!"
