Can't read full Terms of Service unless you accept it.

After you register, you face a summary of ToS, which is nice.
But when clicking on "Full ToS" to read the details, it still show you the summary as a side panel, which stops you from reading the full page. Unless you accept.

Actually, I was wrong. That's the case only if you're logged in and haven't accepted them. You can view them when logged out.
Should fix irrespective though.

Yeah, I had to open the link in an incognito window to read them.
