I’m considering hosting a website/application on Railway for a licensed cannabis business operating legally in California.

The website displays the dispensary’s menu and allows customers to place orders for pickup or delivery. Delivery is only offered to customers whose delivery address falls within permitted ZIP codes/service areas. If the customer is outside an eligible area, the delivery option is not available.

No cannabis payments or transactions are processed through the website or through Railway. Customers pay separately/in person according to the dispensary’s normal procedures.

The business is licensed and operates in compliance with applicable California cannabis regulations, including age requirements.

Would hosting the website, backend/API, and database for this type of application be permitted under Railway’s Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy?

I wanted to confirm before deploying because the business operates in the cannabis industry.
