Small feature request: could you add a way to choose which environment shows on the project card in the dashboard?

I noticed the project card seems to show the oldest non-ephemeral environment. In our case, we created staging before production, so the Projects page shows staging status even though production is the one we usually want to check at a glance.

It would be really helpful if we could either:

• pick the default environment shown on the project card
• mark an environment as the primary/dashboard environment
• or see both staging and production status on the card

Main use case: when scanning the Projects page, we want to quickly know if production services are healthy without opening each project.
