Is railway production ready? I believe railway has an amazing tools and its much easier to use then aws, google or azure from many years of experience, but is it ready for primetime?
I am hosting mission critical application for retail stores and system being down will cause a big problem.
Now, I do realize that other vendors also had outages...no doubt, but how is railway being considered in terms of reliability? Based on the last incident that lasted for about 4 hours or so....it was a big issue for me and my customers.
What can you tell me?

imho Railway should spend their time on getting the service more reliable and resilient before shipping any new features, also a more "PRO" plan would
be good imho the gap between PRO and enterprise is way to big and the gap between Hobby and Pro way to small. We would be more then happy to pay more for faster support and less downtime.

I have the exact same concerns. Railway gives us so much abilities into making deployments no-brainers.
But honestly, there are more and more notifications about system outages/failures.
It impacts me a lot, and I'm seriously considering moving the service to something more reliable.
IMHO, Railway should focus on having a reliable service, rather than shipping mobile apps.
Service provided is so good, but failures takes the upper hand, and in the end, users of Railway cannot allow themselves to have downtime.
Same paradigm with all providers.
They're currently in a win/loose state, they should pick wisely.

I would be curious to know what other alternatives that provide great price and ease like railway. Coming from AWS, Google and Azure, I don't want to go back ;) reliability is amazing, but man....it just hard to manage IMO.
