Deploy Logs: “No deployment logs” and stuck at Creating containers for 3+ minutes

Steps tried:

• Verified Dockerfile + gunicorn run:app --bind 0.0.0.0:$PORT runs locally

• Removed all Procfile/docker-compose files so only Dockerfile is used

Please investigate/reset the runner so the container process can actually start.
