Crash emails being sent even if there was a successful deploy

One customer is reporting that crashed emails are being sent on a proper and working deployment.Raising this thread to gather impact from other customers to see if this issue is prevalent.

Just want to raise a hand that this is happening all the time for my company's deployment. The build logs and deploy logs are all green, yet I keep getting this crashing email for every successful deployment.

The only, really the only thing red I see in both logs is this warning message about "npm --omit=dev". By any chance that's the thing that triggers the crash email?
