Hey guys, I know the timing is bad and I don’t mean to pile on, but how is the bug bounty process working? As per the rules, I won’t disclose anything publicly, but I had submitted a valid report on Sept 1st, it was confirmed and fixed Sept 2nd, then provided my bank details for the payout on Sept 4th (following the provided instructions) and ever since then I haven’t received a response from Railway, tried reaching out to the same email thread and through support tickets but without any luck so far.

Giving Railway the benefit of the doubt, I would say this is likely related to some changes in process due to the move to bugcrowd, but last time I heard from anyone was sept 21st.
