Subject: Deployment fails during initialization (Snapshot code) before build starts

Hi team,

Our deployment is failing during initialization, before the build phase starts.

Error details

• Stage: Initialization > Snapshot code

• Build step shows: Build (00:00) (never started)

• Error:
  /orchestrator.BuildService/StartSnapshotAndBuild UNKNOWN: failed to get temporal client: client.Dial: failed reaching server: connection error: desc = "transport: Error while dialing: dial tcp 10.10.10.50:7233: connect: cannot assign requested address"

What I observed

• App code changes were merged, but this failure happens before app build/deploy begins.

• This appears infra/orchestrator connectivity related (Temporal client/network).

Could you check platform-side orchestration/network health for this project/environment and advise if there is an incident or mitigation needed on our side?
