The exact same thing is happening to me. In addition, after the maintenance event the day before yesterday, I can no longer access my database. They really need to improve their support—I am seriously considering moving my production environment to another provider, since I have no guarantees of resolving issues quickly (it’s been 36 hours with this problem, and I’m not the only one affected).

i totally agree with you they should be a little more proactive but i think since they raised more money this month again 100M they will put some new major update and improvements

i am thinking about going to hetzner i cant auto deploy anything. i think i will save money anyways.
