Right after that my project switched to "Limited Access – Deploys have been paused temporarily", and today the dashboard says that builds are paused while you investigate. I can't redeploy or apply new environment variables, so my service is stuck on an old build that doesn't work properly. Same here, even though the HOBBY plan but need to continue building urgent fix but blocked. How long will it take, longer than 1-2-3 days? It interrupts the business operations in a negative way - already like 2-3rd time this year... not really solid. Any hope?
