I’m aware that I can use PostGIS via a Docker/template setup, but it would be great to have PostGIS available on Managed PostgreSQL as well.

Currently, CREATE EXTENSION postgis; fails because the extension is not installed.
Are there any plans to support PostGIS on managed instances?
