Currently we prevent users from creating whatever.mysite.app if there exists a *.mysite.app

This is to prevent someone else from creating something.mysite.app and "highjacking" the domain

We should look at the serviceID (maybe even projectID?) and allow this if the serviceID is the same (aka, they "own" the domain)
