Feature Req: usage limit for individual projects within workspace

Currently it is only possible to setup usage limit for the entire workspace, via: https://railway.com/workspace/usage.

For users who have multiple individual projects in a workspace, each with varying usage expectations it would be nice to have the following for individual projects:

  1. Usage limits

  2. Email notification for usage slabs
