Following the findings here (https://station.railway.com/questions/edge-proxy-switches-between-railway-hika-2e011e14), I would like to be able to control whether Railway proxy compresses on the service level.

The use case here is that I am deploying some OSS service which I don't have complete control over and then interacting with this service through other OSS packages. I could fork but this would be very time consuming. Specifically, the packages I use depend on having Content-Length whereas upon zipping and doing a chunked transfer, this is dropped raising an error. (polars.read_csv() interacting with lakefs)
