I've been working on automating all my Railway config via an idempotent management script, which uses the CLI and API when possible. But I've run into a few gaps where there doesn't seem to be API or CLI functionality, and I need to manually configure a few things in the Web Dashboard:

• "Connect GitHub repo" - for each service
• "Wait for CI" - for each service
• "List custom domains" - for each service
• "Project webhooks" - configuring webhooks at the project-level
• "serviceConnect" - is in the API but not the CLI

It's possible that I missed some of these things while working on them, but I'm curious for your thoughts.

Also - thank you again for all your work on Railway, it is such a delight to use! 🙏
