We plan on exploring doing our Auth workloads in Railway, but one of the things that concerns us is that if the payment method fails (and it happens from time to time), that the services shut-off immediately which would equate to an S1 outage.

My feedback would be add a backup payment method to prevent immediate shutoff and add a grace period for production workloads.
