Services on Railway previously had a single gateway and IP assigned for static egress.
We're releasing HA Static IPs, where traffic is distributed over multiple gateways for improved performance and reliability.
To get started:
- New services: Enable Static IPs and you'll get the HA setup by default.
- Existing Static IP services: Click the "Enable HA Static IPs" button below the current allocation. Note: you will need to allowlist the new IPs in downstream services.
This feature is limited to Pro accounts. Let us know in this thread if you have any feedback or run into any issues
