Folders to group services together on dashboard

Would be awesome to have a folder system to group similar services together and reduce visual clutter. Seems super easy to do.

We got a tonne of new stuff when it comes to service groupings. Personally, wouldn't call it a folder, but we have a lot of headroom in providing some organization here.
